Gamma Tau Chapter | The Johns Hopkins University

Letter From Recruitment Chair

Dear Potential New Member,

Welcome to Johns Hopkins! The years you spend at college are undoubtedly some of the most exciting of your life. The Greek community is here to provide students with an extra sense of belonging, support, and friendship as they navigate their college careers and beyond. As Phi Mu, we are a sisterhood made up of vibrant and diverse women, who encompass a wide range of people on campus. We have sisters from all over the world, who have different majors and extra curricular interests. However, our common values unite us, and provide strong and lasting bonds.

As you explore the process of Formal Recruitment, my biggest piece of advice is to always be yourself. You will find a home in Greek life that is just right for you. Do not compromise on what you hope to get out of your time in a sorority. The more you put into an experience, the more rewarding it will be. Best of luck on all your future endeavors, and enjoy the days you spend going through Recruitment. We cannot wait to meet the members of our future Pledge Class and welcome them home.

Sincerely,

Madi Gaudreau
